Description
English: Nuea phat bai yira (Thai script: เนื้อผัดใบยี่หร่า) is stir-fried beef with African basil leaves (Ocimum gratissimum). The other ingredients are garlic, chillies, light soya sauce and fish sauce. African basil leaves have a slight anise taste.
