Phuket Lifeguard Club was established in 2003 and is committed to providing and improving water safety for the local community and for the many visitors to our shores every year. We believe that Phuket must strive to meet international water safety standards at our beaches, pools, and resorts. This starts with the education of children and adults in water safety, rescue, and first aid. We also aim to promote the sport of Surf lifesaving – still in its infancy here.\ \ We conduct regular training programs for local adults and children in water safety, rescue skills, first aid, and beach management skills as a community service and train local people in Phuket and Southern provinces. Our training has extended to beach vendors, tourist police, and fire brigade as well as Resort staff, swimming clubs, and boy scouts.\ \ _Phuket Provincial Administrative Organisation Lifeguard Training Program._\ \ Provide assistance to water victims and provide training to provide assistance.
